1 /5 Steven Busby: I used to rate Go Auto favorably until they canceled my insurance because they said my bank returned my payment as non-payable. I got no notice from the bank. I got no notice from them until 3 days after they canceled my account. No phone call. They sent an email three days later. When I contacted them about it, they wanted to add late and processing fees. Why didnt they just call me. And when I called my bank, they said that they didnt receive a payment request from Go Auto. Needless to say, I will never use them again!
