Kelly Young I typically go to this branch but today I called customer with an issue with my Zelle. Gloria who answered the phone was reassuring and made me confident that a customer rep from Digital Banking could help me and boy was she correct. My rep Michael was just as amazing as Gloria. He took care of my issue, even calling Zelle himself and calling me back within 10 minutes. I am so happy that I moved my accounts from a larger institution to one that takes such good care of its customers and goes above and beyond. Thank you Gloria and Michael for making my "situation" not a big deal like I thought it was. Kelly
