Angel 99 Horrible service company. They refuse loans to people in need, and they require to have phone conversations with 4-5 "references" before they can approve even small loans of 50 to 100$. Very shocked how unprofessional and ridiculous this company is. Avoid this company and try other loan companies. Very horrible attitude employees.

Thomas Primeaux Had the opportunity to purchase some land. I am an avid AFR listener and hear Matt Mascona talking about First South on a daily basis. Called them and was blown away on how easy the process was. Total of maybe two phone calls and a couple of emails and the deal was done. Highly recommend. Plus when the interest rates drop they will reprice the loan so you don’t have to refinance. Pay $200 and they give you the lower interest rates the loan term stays the same.
