She expedited a very important transaction for me and my elderly parents, and she was extremely professional, friendly, and effective. This lady stayed "on top of it" from beginning to end; she never dropped the ball. My parents are lucky to have her, and Total Choice Credit Union is also lucky to have someone like her.
