1 /5 Kassandra: receptionist put me through to her to see if she could help and handle my legal matter. explained to her what i needed help with and what legal process i was trying to do and she had to have not been listening or was just plain rude because she responded with “well what do you want me to do?”. also started being really rude about if i had a job, asking my income, could i afford a lawyer, before she ever even told me the what i would be paying. kept asking me about things that had nothing to do with what i needed help with. when she finally told me the price which i will be gladly be paying double the amount for anyone less rude, i just told her i won’t be needing her services. and that is when she finally decided to be nice…
