1 /5 Ashley Brown: My interaction with this law firm has been very disappointing. I was referred to them by LegalShield, and they agreed to assist with a potential lawsuit. However, I have reached out to them twice and was promised a callback that I have yet to receive. It is very unprofessional to tell a potential client that you’re going to call them back but then never do. I have been waiting more than two weeks for this call. The only positive aspect of this experience is knowing upfront that this firm does not follow through and is not reliable.
