Damon went above and beyond for us and our case, I highly recommend him to everyone. Not often can you say your Lawyer and his staff feel like family, but with Damon you will. I know he truly cared for us as individuals, and he made sure we were taken care of above all else. Damon took the stress out of the whole process and made the experience as pleasant as possible. While I was in surgery, my wife contacted Damon and he came to the hospital and discussed our case with us. We retained him and he went to work. Damon explained everything to us along the way. Him and his staff were always very professional and helpful. The case was settled 3 1/2 years later with a satisfactory outcome. Even though they settled, Damon was prepared and ready to go to trial. I would definitely recommend Damon and I would use his services again if ever needed.
