My ring was in a box in pieces for 3 years, and I was told my another Kay store that there was nothing they could do to fix it, but sell it back and buy something else. I didnt want that because I designed by ring and I loved it too much to get rid of it! These ladies saw my ring and heard my dilemma and was like, no maam were going to have it fixed better than new. And, when I say they DID! OMG, I LOVE MY RING!!!!! They get my vote every time! And theyre sooo nice and sweet !
