5 /5 Donald Pickle: Mr Fear met all of our expectations He kept us informed and led us through the process of making the change from our auto insurance holder to Allstate. He made sure we received all of the discounts that were available. We were also available for a significant discount on our home owners insurance. Insurance is not always a pleasant discussion but he made it very easy to deal with. I would recommend the Fear Agency to anyone thinking of making a change in their insurance coverage. 3 /5 Pat Guillory: The Fear agency does very well here locally with customer service and I never had any issues in the past John has good people working there but after these hurricanes came in 2020 i am not completely satisfied with the claims process after two hurricanes followed by an ice storm and numerous adjusters they have been a huge headache for me to say the least as a customer here in Louisiana on repairing my homes which is still not finished after 8 or 9 months now. This is my honest review and experience thus far on dealing with this company as a whole.

She is such an upbeat and positive person to speak to. She has her customer service skills down to an art and if she doesnt truly enjoy her job, shes really got me fooled.
