5 /5 Thomas Herzog: I have been with Jeff Financial ever since it was for Jeff School employees only. Ive had nothing but positive experiences there. The only problem I have is the new ATM machine card insert at the expressway branch is too high to reach from a car and I am six feet tall! Other than that, keep up the great work!

2 /5 Billie McShane: The teller who started to help me was friendly and professional; the manager not so much. I told her that I do have accounts with credit unions but they are out of state and I need quarters. I was told to get funds from an ATM and then go to a credit union to make the exchange. I walked in with $100 and was told I would only be able to get $30 in quarters. I asked why not the entire amount and was told that its because shared branching is a curtesy. I then tried to call my actual bank to get my member # but was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. A lady walked in wanting to exchange her change and was unhappy with the percentage they were going to charge her for this service. I offered to buy her quarters off of her. It was during this transaction that the manager decided to go ahead and exchange $20 for me. I dont understand why it is so difficult to get quarters.

1 /5 Curtis Cunningham: This is the only Jefferson Financial on the Westbank that will accept coins, but they charge members 5% of your deposit to deposit coins into your JF account! Really sad!

1 /5 Adonica Valentine: Been a member with them for over 6 years and the last 2 months has been the worst experience I have had with any bank. Absolutely no regard for the fact that I been completely physically cut off from my funds because they took almost two months to give me a new card and now Im being charged because they are lacking. How can I trust the online app ..if the app isnt updated for 3-4 days !!! Its ridiculous

1 /5 Justin Nelson: The only branch I have dealt with is the branch on Causeway but google doesnt have that one up yet. Until recently they handled my transactions smoothly. This morning I went in to deposit a check that said my wife and my name on it. The check said pay to the order of: "John and/or Jane Smith". They wouldnt deposit it because my wife hadnt signed it also. Thats why the check says "and/or". I explained to the cashier that it was worded that way purposefully so either one of us could make a deposit. I am disappointed with the ineptitude and lack of common knowledge. I will no longer be making deposits with this credit union.
