Gail Hurst Regions Bank is a great place to bank in New Roads. I was worried when some of the staff /clerks started retiring but to my suprise the new employees are well trained and work very well with the public. I just wish we could have a monthly class where someone would train senior citizens or other customers on all these new banking programs. Sincerely, Gail M. Hurst

Kailey Fortner Charlene was excellent in helping me procure a new loan today. She informed me at the end of our visit that she had only been here about a month. The way she worked and explained and executed her skills flawlessly I would have never known she was new if she didn’t tell me. Alison Landry Debating on whether to leave a post or not. For the most part our encounter was great. One comment can change the whole experience. And they way they put it too. Not everyone can afford a vehicle. Take into consideration that they may have lost their vehicle in the flood we had back in May. Like I did. I am in no rush in getting another vehicle. There are people who need one more so than I do. I realize sometimes may come off wrong so if you are sure dont say/ask anything.
