Martin Spellman Jennifer Cook was *always* there to help us, answer questions, etc. She returned calls, texts or emails very quickly, usually within an hour, during the day, at night, on weekends and even when she was sick! Filling out the forms and other paperwork was almost all done electronically via email or website, so we could do it when convenient after work or weekends. Jennifer wasnt afraid to give her honest opinions. I couldnt ask for a better home mortgage loan experience. Very highly recommended.

Victoria Tedeton Spoke to ‘Ronnie Johnson’ today. She was rude and disrespectful from the start. Not only that but she called me at 6:30pm. That’s 1.5 hours after they close for the day. When I asked to speak to someone higher than her she said “Dear Lord please help Victoria.” EXCUSE ME? Whoever runs this company should be ASHAMED of the way she speaks to people. If I could leave negative stats, I would.

Vee “Vee” Mr. Pat is a no nonsense old-school lender. And his wife, Ms. Jeanette, adds to the wholesome feel of dealing with ma&pop shop.If you dont like them its more than likely a "you" problem. Be honest, be on time, and theyll be fair. Communication is key when dealing with any lenders. I have had multiple loans since 2015 with Domes and they are the only lender I respect and trust. While the overall apr leans to the highside, the culture is worth it. I lost my job and they helped explain options to take. Youre getting more than a loan when you visit Domes. And I would recommend them to anyone, even my own mother!
