Teirsen Archon Mrs. Archangel was so professional, and patient with me. I did not have to wait long for the process to begin. I also love that I did not have to wonder when I would receive anything. The company sends out a text the week of, letting you know the exact date. I would definitely recommend Doucet Financial to friends and families. I have not met everyone, but I can say that typically how a person act in a business is a direct reflection of the leader, and what they are allowed to do. Ernie Griffin Both me and a friend opened a high interest checking account with peoples bank a few months ago and deposited $15,000 each. The entire time we owned the account, we were treated like criminals because of certain types of transactions we did which, is honestly none of their business since it’s our money. They even called to verify transactions several times and when we confirmed them, they acted like they didn’t believe us on the phone and they kept our debit cards locked for several days after we confirmed the transactions. Then, we both got certified letters today saying that they were forcing us to close our accounts. If they don’t want $30,000 to loan out to other customers, we will be happy to take our money out and go with a bank that will give much better customer service than these people. Never do business with them. Find another bank.
