1 /5 ryan knoles: Purposely went into bank to change address before paying off my car, And THEY STILL sent my title to the wrong address, causing all kinds of bs.

2 /5 JamieLynn: Ryan knoles just be glad they still had your title. Its been 10 years since I paid off a mobile home there but now trying to sell it and find out they never released the lien AND they lost the title. Let me clarify its not this lake Charles location but the investar in ville Platte. And it was still Citizens bank when I paid off the loan in 2014. But I would hope that a thorough audit of the books is included in a bank take over where this kind of oversight would be caught. Unfortunately the title disappeared and they did order a new one. Im trying to be patient while my finances sink lower by the day and my buyer is suspicious & thinking the worst.
