Hancock Whitney Bank - St Martinville (LA)

1 /5 GiveGodPraise: THANK GOD we are not customers of this bank! Went to withdraw money from their ATM, gave us a receipt for the withdrawal transaction, but NO MONEY CAME OUT of the ATM! It was after business hours, but someone answered door and said they were having problems with their ATM, “especially on weekends”, but that I would get an automatic refund back into my account within twenty four hours. That was on a Friday evening. It is Monday And still no money!! Then get a call from one of their attendants explaining nothing they could do and that we would have to begin a dispute with our bank to get our money back from them!! This is no different than stealing! RUN AWAY!!!!

1 /5 patrick middleton: Every teller inside I have encountered has been the exact meaning of rude. Customer service is a thing of the past when you deal with these people. They make up “policies” on the fly. Sure is funny I can go to Camelia Blvd. and they’ve never heard of such policies. Bunch of podunck hicks they hired from labor ready working in there. Don’t waste your time trying with these jerks.

1 /5 Matt Dupuis: Gave me a counterfeit $20 bill. Had to fill out a police statement which caused me to be late for work and loose $20. I spoke to the manager who said she would call me back about it. She never did. This was not my first problem with this bank, theyve held my money over the weekend twice with no way for me to get it out, leaving me in a serious bind. Worst bank ever, terrible customer service.

1 /5 Rob P: This location has continually been rude, snobby, and short with me. I seriously thinking of shutting down 2 business accounts and personal accounts because of these people. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
