1 /5 Waune Lac: 0 stars with this bank we paid our car off in nov. And they are refusing to give us the title or a letter that the lien is paid off so we can refinance the loan with a diffrent company why should we have to wait 90 days when its paid in full

1 /5 Mike Dahlhauser: I’ve used this bank for over ten years. It isn’t a modern bank but haven’t seen a need to switch. I deposited a check last night and today when I was out of town my debit card was denied. When I called the bank they first said they couldn’t say what the charge was for and then they came back and stated that they put me into the negative because of the deposit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they kept me on hold for approximately 8 minutes. They changed the negative balance without explaining anything and then said my account would look different tomorrow. The supervisor that I spoke to named Dan (??) stated that tried to contact me but neither of my phones showed any calls. In fixing the error they listed my deposit inaccurately. I don’t expect the owner to respond to this review because he/she only responds to positive reviews I would not bank here. The staff that work the floor are pleasant but this bank clearly runs as if they are a small country bank and is not like the larger sophisticated banks that don’t operate like this. It’s evident they are worried about losing money because their system can’t handle modern systems.
