1 /5 Randy Lorah: Stopped to get change for a $20 bill and teller refused because I dont have an account. I wouldnt put my money in there now if they were the last bank on earth. Very unprofessional service people at drive thru

1 /5 Leslie Normand: Don’t recommend. I recently had a horrible experience trying to get access to our HOA’s bank account. While the staff are friendly, they either don’t know their bank’s own policies/features and have to go ask/call someone, or they give inaccurate information, which requires you to make multiple trips back to the bank. Guaranty also doesn’t offer free bill pay or mobile deposits for business accounts. In addition, their lobby hours are not convenient - they’re only open past 2PM on Fridays and closed on Saturdays We did use Guaranty Bank for our personal lot loan (they offer 100% financing) years ago and had no issues.
