1 /5 LaQuincy: The experience I had wasnt very positive at all. The associates are too unprofessional.. I now understand why alot of businesses keep them dummies away from the phones. I wasnt applying for the loan and yet my info was demanded. Once I explained the applicants situation, attitudes were thrown at me. I threw it back and ended the call.
People working with people should have PROPER phone etiquette as well as PROPER customer service skills.AT THE END OF THE DAY.
