1 /5 Kalyn Fontenot: Every time I go my experience gets worse. I have been a member since 2008 and I can tell you this new ITM situation is not good customer service. I walk in to make a cash deposit, I’m forced to use the machine, then told I can either count my cash or have an employee count it. Well with the number of people lined up behind me it made me uncomfortable to count my cash so guess what I stand there and wait while the entire lobby of members stand there staring at me like I’m an idiot! Finally the branch manager comes from a back office and takes the cash to a counter. Then because the machine only accepts so many bills, I was put on hold between each acceptance of bills. I told the branch manager having been a teller for years that I could have counted and made that deposit in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention if you don’t use their little phone (which the phone has so much tension it’s hard to even keep it to your ear) the entire lobby can know your business.
