1 /5 Dave: ATM outside is a joke. On thanksgiving I attempted to use this institution to Make a withdrawal. this machine wouldn’t allow me to type in my PIN number, press cancel, or anything. ATM was completely unresponsive and after 30 seconds decided to retain my ATM card. After contacting them the next business day they can only say if it’s not our bank card then we can’t give you your card back. Don’t waste your time here, I’d rather pay the 4 dollar atm fee across the street than use this place ever again.

5 /5 Mrs Demesme: I recently opened an account at Guaranty Bank of Baton Rouge. Upon walking into the branch I was immediately recognized and assisted by Jayichi Cooley. She helped me above my expectations she was courteous, thoughtful and polite. She was knowledgeable and informative, her positive and upbeat demeanor truly made my day.

2 /5 JEREMY SANDERS: Not the best of customer service at new roads branch. Web sight says open till 5:30 on Friday but closed the drive through at 5:00 while sitting there waiting. Employee leaving building had attitude as well.
