Cajun Man Lonely (LonelyCajunMan) Clean, well lit, security 24/7. Staff is exceptional, courteous, attentive to your needs and I think they go out of their way to satisfy every customer. If I had any complaints it would be only one. Get better machines that pay out more often! Lol

James ONeill I have never been in a casino where so many members of staff seem genuinely happy to be there. I played a lot of poker and the dealers and floor staff were very friendly. I think one was called Alisha who was a breathe of fresh air to be around, super positive person. Even around the venue members of staff are dancing and two stepping to the music. What a joy to be around. We had booked Harrah’s and paid for upgrade to Caesars on arrival, excellent room, really modern and comfortable. French Quarter and outlets are within walking distance so my girlfriend was extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend staying in the hotel and playing cards here.

A Williams I enjoy playing here. It’s very laid back, the workers are helpful and respectful. The only downfall would be players taking over certain machines. Some players will leave a machine occupied to play on another machine. That’s the only issue I have ever faced visiting here.
