1 /5 Treniece: As soon as I have the time to switch companies I am because of customer service recieved! I called because they are not chasing the lien holder address on the policy as instructed! It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t. The lady I talked to on the phone yesterday had an attitude and when I asked to speak to someone else she hung up and said bye! Wasted my lunch break and I was not rider to her at all! I hope there is a social media page as well because I’m definitely going there too and leave a review. Address is still not updated.

1 /5 SHARON WILLIAMA: Right now only one person in here!!!! She had to call someone to walk her through creating a policy!!!! Why is she here alone? Makes no sense! While the others sit and wait and listen to her be trained on speaker over the damn phone. That’s the reason for the rating! Where are the rest of the employees to help her!

The make sure all your needs have been met and you are educated on insurance. The agent latosha is very knowledgeable on insurance and I love talking to her.
