Farm Bureau Insurance - Natchitoches (LA)

1 /5 Charlotte Petite: If I could give this company a 0 I would after what I experienced today!!! My husband and I have been with this company almost 10 years. We had home and vehicles (5 vehicles!!) covered with this company. I found out TODAY that our insurance was not renewed without any notice! I went to the office for an explanation only to find out that I had to add my 16 year old to the policy increasing my monthly from $641 to $1500 a month!! Our agent LANCE LOPEZ did absolutely nothing to try and help with this insane increase, he could have reached out to Progressive but yet he did nothing!! His customers mean nothing to him or this company because he didn’t care that he lost one today!! I went to Wilson Insurance added my daughter and it only increased by $200. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO FARM BUREAU!!!!!!!

1 /5 Kayla Fox: If I could give this place a zero I would this place has high insurance policies and the employees customer service sucks they cancelled my insurance without calling and was still drafting money out my account. I ended up with a flag on my license by the time I realized I had no insurance. Keep in mind they was still drafting out my account so I thought I had valid coverage. Stay away from this place go anywhere but here.
