I showed up early prior to opening and a lovely lady by the name of Monica greeted me and had no issue assisting me thru the drive thru. Extremely friendly and professional customer service. She was always availabe for us. If she was at lunch or away from her desk , which seemed to be rare she always got right back with us. Always pleasent and the sweetest person we have ever banked with. We had been ( and still have 1 small account) members of a credit union in Florida for over 34 years but we fell in love with Priscilla and her team and therefore moved all our direct deposits and business to Centeic.
