In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.

chelsie Dominick By far the worst bank I’ve ever done business with!! Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!! Y’all stay clear of this place!

After my mother passed away and we had to pay For unexpected funeral expenses, I realized how important it is to have something set in place. Mr.Baylee help me understand everything that goes into this process. He probably stayed on the phone with me for an hour time after time answering every stupid question that I have to make sure that I was sure and comfortable with the whole process. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I recommend them to everyone And will continue to do so.
