She’s extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly in explaining the baking services we could use at FNB! It had been over twenty years since we changed any of our banking services from several banks and credit unions. We’re both excited to completely use many of the services that FNB offers its customers. Deborahnell McClendon I always have a very pleasant experience. I am very big on customer service and they exceed my very high expectations. Im always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm from them to get whatever I need done. They make me feel like Im more than just a "number" its more of a relational/personal interaction with the ladies. I encourage anyone that is looking to switch financial institutions.....I would consider this one. You dont be disappointed.

Martin Spellman Jennifer Cook was *always* there to help us, answer questions, etc. She returned calls, texts or emails very quickly, usually within an hour, during the day, at night, on weekends and even when she was sick! Filling out the forms and other paperwork was almost all done electronically via email or website, so we could do it when convenient after work or weekends. Jennifer wasnt afraid to give her honest opinions. I couldnt ask for a better home mortgage loan experience. Very highly recommended.
