They put our minds at ease both by getting us help with the bill and by making us feel more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Kelley Taylor I an very disappointed in the professionalism or lack there of from the financial institution. In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.
