Kailey Fortner Charlene was excellent in helping me procure a new loan today. She informed me at the end of our visit that she had only been here about a month. The way she worked and explained and executed her skills flawlessly I would have never known she was new if she didn’t tell me. Kelley Taylor I an very disappointed in the professionalism or lack there of from the financial institution. In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.
