Blues Check Cashing - Covington
Tanya Marie Blues Check Cashing advertises that this agency cashes checks, however, when I called to ask if they would cash my student loan refund check, I was told they "Are not taking new customers at this time." If you advertise that you are in the business of cashing checks, that is what you are supposed to do. I feel like Blues Check Cashing is falsely advertising their alleged services. The man I spoke with was polite enough and said it would not ordinarily be a problem to cash a check for the amount I had, but he had more than he could presently handle. I have no idea what that even means, and all he said was, "it is what it is." Extremely unprofessional and should not advertise to cash checks if he will not do what he advertises to do!!!
