Security. Direct deposit social security payments are some of the most secure in the world. The Family Financial Center discriminated against me and others refsung to do business with us because of our retirement status.

Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!!
Y’all stay clear of this place!
