Kelley Taylor I an very disappointed in the professionalism or lack there of from the financial institution. In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.
Matty Durant Best bank Ive ever been with. All the tellers are very nice and they remember my name and info. When I get in the drive thru I just tell them what I need. I dont have to fill out any slips or anything. Its great bc I cant even remember my own info! Lol
