Against all odds they were able to work magic and therefore allowing me to get my credentials to be a substance abuse counselor and use my experience to help others. Lone star The customer service skills of their secretaries and stuff is horrible!! Not everyone that comes here is a murderer or child molester.. they wont lose a testicle or will get an extra wrinkle or white hair if they answer a question in a polite way or with manners.. is unbelievable how rude these people are.
