Scott Prazak The good: you eventually get through to helpful assistance from someone who is very knowledgeable about the website and the system.
The bad: this has been the most infuriating experience with a bank that i have ever had. Two months, and I still cant make a payment on my loan.
They recently updated the website, so you can no longer make loan payments while logged in. If you try, they return the payment. You have to log out, go to the QUICK PAY link, and pay from there.
They added a $3 fee for bill pay, or $2 for paper statements. The only way to pay is to write a paper check and walk into a branch. I have not tested this yet...
There is a $10 fee every time I need to withdraw money from my loan. There is a $10 fee for electronic transfers.
The bank recently removed tellers. There are ATMs with video calls to someone somewhere. I was directed to use the virtual teller ATM, but then the virtual teller directed me back to the employee who directed me to the interface in the first place.
TL;DR
I would not recommend this bank at all for anything. Ive been with another bank for my main checking for years and have had almost zero issues with them.
