5 /5 Philip S: I came in about 6 years ago with two watches: one with the weight in the movement stolen from the watch shop across the street, and one with the crystal broken and stuck on. I just calmed down enough to review the watch shop’s behavior, so I also wanted to give y’all a review. Y’all spent around 30 minutes diagnosing my issue and trying to fix my crystal. Y’all would not accept payment because you could not resolve my issues. Y’all were very helpful because I knew that I had to send my watch back to the company to get the part and fix it.
