5 /5 king mascotjr: 1. Staff answers the phone quickly. 2. The staff are nice and friendly. 3. Capital One Customer Service solves my issues correctly. 4. Capital One App is a good app to use. 5. First time using it and its proccessing good. Its my first time using it, and its progressing well.

1 /5 Cherita Goudeau: ATM’s always broken. And when I opened new account the ATM card is shows up as invalid card. ATM only accepts cards with raised numbers. It’s getting to be more trouble to keep this bank than to go through trouble of changing.

1 /5 Daniel Fuentes: This is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Theres allot of automation. Even if you come in they still gotta call people or direct you to the app. They can tie up your money easily then its hard to get to it. Nothing against the people inside of it theyre very nice; but theyre unable to help you even if they really want to and try. Just its policies are ridiculous. Dont put your money here. Your better off at anywhere else. Id recommend you keep your money under the mattress rather than this place.

1 /5 Jasmine Lenard: RUN!!!! This place is so unprofessional and has the RUDEST girl name K working there that literally slammed a door and glared at my bf and uncle today! She treated her uncle like trash bc he’s 80!! He was a veteran and this bank locked his account for over two months when his Social Security gets deposited into it! They had to get a lawyer to make this TRASHY bank unlock his account!! Elder discriminating facility! And the most unprofessional, lying bank!! K was soooo mean to uncle called elder abuse on his family bc he’s wrote a large check to his niece as a gift!!! This man is insane smart! Never had dementia!! Do NOT use this bank!!! They want to STEAL your money! Please go watch the video of K slamming doors and drawers , glaring at uncle and FIRE her!!!! Don’t come here! Close your account!! And RUN!!!!!!! This is the worst ran bank I’ve ever heard of abusing the elderly on ssi, making false reports, and BULLYING and treating people like trash!! If the manger had any integrity he would have done something about this psycho employee! And never kept a veterans SSI for two months locked! TRASH And unprofessional!!! RUN from this bank!!!

Been banking with them for years and they didn’t even have the decency to let us know that they had an outage and our direct deposit may be held up. They had no backup plan for this situation and I need a bank that has. I’m switching to local bank.
