H&R Block - Farmerville (LA)

1 /5 Heather Ledbetter: H & R block done our Puerto Rico tax return this year. It has been 3 months since we went to their office and filed. They have prepared our return but have not sent it in. They didnt know how to do our return so they sent it somewhere else. We called corporate and they are supposed to let us know something in 3 days. They keep saying its because of the government or because of Puerto Rico when they havent even sent it in. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend this office. They dont even call you back or try to find anything out for you.

1 /5 Mary W: I submitted all my teds documents and needed additional assistance with previous tax year matters. I had an appointment went in to see that tax prep lady and she could not figure out how to get the paperwork filled out for other states. I then gathered more documents for her for previous years and waited 2 weeks and did not get any kind of communication via email. H r blocked app or phone call. So I called them and she then let me know that she could not help me with what I needed help with. Then I had received another document and I added it to the app and got an email back from somebody else asking if I wanted my taxes prepared by them. I was told multiple times my taxes were ready for me to come. Review and sign and never got to finish that. Very unprofessional and unorganized establishment in farmerville.
