1 /5 Jessica Naquin: I have been with Brightway for over 5 years. Went through a divorce, sold home, cancelled homeowners from move. They still have my ex husbands name on my account. They still have the address to the home I sold two years ago even though they were part of the insurance cancellation process. They have not reached out to me in over 3 years whenever policies are set to renew in order to shop quotes for cheaper insurance. All they have done is collect money for my policies being tied to them. A complete waste of time and when I reached out, I was transferred to my auto insurance instead of speaking to a Brightway agent. They have showed zero effort in caring for their clients. I would never recommend. Once you are signed up, you are forever forgotten after that. Asked to speak to someone who might actually care about hearing my feedback, and I was told I will get an email. Terrible human customer service experience.
