One comment can change the whole experience. And they way they put it too. Not everyone can afford a vehicle. Take into consideration that they may have lost their vehicle in the flood we had back in May. Like I did. I am in no rush in getting another vehicle. There are people who need one more so than I do. I realize sometimes may come off wrong so if you are sure dont say/ask anything.

We worked with Priscilla on a mortgage loan. She was and still is just incredible. She was always availabe for us. If she was at lunch or away from her desk , which seemed to be rare she always got right back with us. Always pleasent and the sweetest person we have ever banked with. We had been ( and still have 1 small account) members of a credit union in Florida for over 34 years but we fell in love with Priscilla and her team and therefore moved all our direct deposits and business to Centeic. We feel very blessed to have found them.
Thomas Herzog I have been with Jeff Financial ever since it was for Jeff School employees only. Ive had nothing but positive experiences there. The only problem I have is the new ATM machine card insert at the expressway branch is too high to reach from a car and I am six feet tall! Other than that, keep up the great work!

Ryan Brown Terrible customer service. Used the ATM and needed smaller bills. Clerk said she can’t assist in any way if I didn’t have an account. I definitely won’t be getting an account or referring anyone to this financial institution.
