1 /5 Sasha Davis: Terrible. Terrible customer service, to begin with. The ONLY employee that even cares about what’s right for the customers, is Cameron Stokes. Other employees accused me of fraud (as IF I need to steal out of the thousands of dollars I was nice enough to even KEEP there) and he was the only employee that actually helped me, without trying to further screw me over. Someone lied about me making phone calls to get my money back (that was stolen) when THEY should have made the phone calls. They lied about not being able to put my money back in my account, which Cameron let me know was ILLEGAL for them to do. A newer employee, Patrick, has messed up on multiple occasions. Doesn’t even count the money back to you. At least train everyone correctly. On top of the lying from your most senior employees……..they can’t protect you or your money. Especially in the weekend. If someone steals all of your money after they close on Friday? Too bad. You’re sitting like a duck for the entire weekend, while your account is further hacked and compromised. Real cute. The employees are selfish and only care about the money in their pockets. If only they had morals to do their job and care about doing what’s RIGHT and LEGAL. I’ll tell every single person I can, about this misdoings of this bank. Happily.
