1 /5 Jesse Smith: Absolutely never answers the phone. If I need any service I have to leave a message and hope they get back within a day, or I typically just call a different branch and get immediate customer service. Not sure why only this branch is so bad.

2 /5 Dusty: Watch your account people starting my checking account 2 years ago and told him I did not want the overdrive stuff if I dont have the money dont let it go through.. lo and behold I wake up this morning with a negative of $44 in my account.. cuz they decided to let Netflix payment go through and charged me $28 and an overdraft charge. I get transferred to multiple different people to just to get told theres nothing they could do about it
2 /5 Natali LaCombe: Tried to call a few times to order checks for assertive but no one ever answers. The calls have been at different times and different days over the course of two weeks. Is there just no one that works with ordering checks?
