3 /5 Larry Nicholls: Found that aneca does not charge a fee for a balance inquiry. First rate customer service when I walked in. Hours are better than other financial institutions. Aneca has an app, telephone system to check your balance, or just simply call between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and open half day on Saturday. Update:. Growing angry with their practice. May change credit union when taxes come in, fix the problem ANECA!

3 /5 R M: I drove over to Bossier be at the bank window at opening time to deposit funds. The matter was quite important in my little world. I needed to deposit funds ASAP. The lady at the window could not have been more indifferent to the fact that their connection to shared banking was down. The employee explained that it was a process that she would have to go through to report to tech ops and that it could take a while. I offered to wait and she actually just blew me off acting as if it just wasnt going to happen. I asked about the other locations and was informed that if hers didnt work that the other location wouldnt be working also. I wasnt given a recommended time to come back or any estimate to if this would be an issue for a day a week or a month! I am just very dissapointed as to the lack of helpfulness from this bank. Yes they are a different kind of bank for sure!
Unfortunately, this is the only affiliated bank with my credit union. I do have to say that my previous experience with this branch has never been bad before. In fact the prior experiences here have mostly been excellent. Too bad one employee can ruin the impression of the entire establishment. Just a little curtesy would have gone a long way in the difference between a very frustrating customer experience, or a valid show of concern for the situation, and a reference to the expected repair even though it couldnt be fixed immediately.
