April Thomas I was needing to get health insurance but was unsure what plan would be the best for my needs. It was very frustrating for me to say the least because this was the first time I had ever had to do this. I spoke with the Allen Insurance agency and they were able to help me find the perfect plan for me. They patiently explained everything to where I could understand. The people who work there literally went above and beyond to be sure that I was taken care of, these people actually truly do care. I have multiple family members who they have helped now as well. Kenny Junn While looking for a State Farm insurance agent, We came across the Michael Smith Insurance Agency and decided to make an appointment. We called the agency and the call was quickly answered by a nice lady who introduced herself as Claudia and she quickly set up a date and time for us to speak with Mike Smith. On our appointment date, We arrived at the office and the person who set up our appointment, Claudia, met us with a smile and proceeded to introduce us to Michael Smith. Mr Smith spent an entire hour with us answering questions on coverages and offering suggestions for both our automobile and home policies. We left the agency knowing that this would be the right insurance agency for our family. The pleasantness and professionalism of Mr Smith and his entire team is admirable. She saved me over $100 on my monthly insurance along with increasing my coverage while under previous was deficient in coverage. Everything was smooth, efficient, and fast. Aerospace guy I have never bought insurance from Mr. Landry, but back in 1989 this terrific man officiated my wedding on the Riverboat Natchez and he was wonderful. He is a very, very nice man and I found him to be very trustworthy and honest. I didn’t realize he was still in business but I wanted to give him a shout out because we loved him - and I will go see him for insurance if I need any in the future.
