1 /5 Zorek Richards: After 8 years of paying my car insurance on time all the time, I told them I had to cancel the AAA Emergency towing. Whoever was on the phone said OK, but we will have to cancel your car insurance also. What an insult to intelligence. When I had AAA insurance in Missouri I never had their towing plan and it was fine. So rules seem to be made up as they go, or I had to talk to someone who doesnt know what they are talking about.

3 /5 Alexis (Lex): Im torn. They only had one tow truck working the night we needed them, only to find that after waiting hours, it would have been hours more. We took an Uber home and scheduled a time for someone to meet us in the morning. Luckily, my husband was able to diagnose, purchase the part and change the alternator before the truck driver arrived the next morning. When he did, he was super nice and gave us a jump, then we were on our way. They need more trucks working in the evening. Dont bother using their HORRIBLE APP I give that a negative star.

In my particular case, I needed an international drivers permit for an upcoming vacation. In and out in no time and the service by all of the nice ladies was top notch.
