5 /5 Leslie Murana: I had a great experience at A. Foto! Jovana and Mike were incredibly helpful and personable. Jovana speaks Spanish too, which is a huge plus for Spanish-speaking customers. Mike went above and beyond by negotiating with Progressive on one of my claims—truly exemplary diligence! This is a fantastic insurance place. I love them! They’re sweet, funny, and make the process so much easier. Great personalities and depth of knowledge. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Talesha Lewis: I made a call to get a guesstimate on a title transfer and was instructed to come in for that information. I used my time to go over to get the information in hopes that I could bring business to their office because Ive dealt with them about five years ago. I get there, repeated the same information from the call to the lady that greeted me and that when it started. The big guy with the cane came over and flat out RUDE from that moment until the time that we walked out. Im asking about title transfer and the insurance process since a storm was in the gulf. If Im asking questions that means I need information about the topics. He treated us poorly and talked to us like we were a bother to him! My feelings were hurt to the point I had to walk out before reciprocating his mood. I will NEVER do business there, ever! I want to spend my money where Im treated with respect, especially since I always give my respect first. I didnt catch the guys name but he shouldnt be in a business where hes in direct contact with customers.

1 /5 Garrett Giglio: I went here to set up a business, when I went in the gentleman seemed very helpful and said yes I can help, he filed paperwork for me and took my money . He filled all paperwork for me and it was all wrong then when I needed help to fix he would not answer my calls and said he was finished. They take your money and then your on your own. As of now I am still trying to get things with the state correct and am completely lost no one seems to want to help. When you can they tell you incorrect information and just leave you hanging. DO NOT GO TO THEM! I am now having to spend more money to get things fixed they charged me and everything is still wrong.

1 /5 Tracey Richard: I did not want to do this..I went to this office in need of immediate insurance for my new car. I paid $579 that day.My Father was initally on the insurance so we were gonna mail him his paperwork to sign.Instead my 74yrs old Father drove 6hrs to come in the office. First of all the original agent who knew everything about my policy was not there even though she was aware my Father was coming that day.The agents who were there didnt have a clue as to what my Father was there to sign.Less than 2weeks later i get a call asking for another $658 on the same policy else it would cancel that day.He said due to paperwork not being finished or turned in from my Father.Whom had just drove down 2weeks prior.I am not a insurance agent therefore I TRUSTED these ppl.I was told it would cancel without the $600+ payment..My words were"So youre telling me I paid over$500 for 2 weeks of insurance" the guy replied "Basically!" I left them alone feeling that i had been taken advantage of due to my lack of insurance knowledge.Now a month later theyre billing my Dad and saying the policy was never cancelled..When going into businesses Youre putting your trust in the fact that youll be dealt with fairly and honestly..This was not the case at all.I advise you NOT to deal with these ppl unless youre either educated on insurance policies or have a lawyer present. People like this know that elderly/single moms(myself) cannot afford lawyers so they boldly misuse words and terms all in an effort to make you pay more.We were taken advantage of and is still being taken advantage of..2 weeks of insurance for almost $600 and still being billed more..This is plain out wrong
