Mieghan Damron I used Jenna Johnson as my custodial/divorce attorney and she is absolutely AMAZING! She listens and honestly, she really does care and it is very obvious when she is your attorney. I have had other attorneys over the years and not one has ever been as great as she is. Her advice, based on the law was spot on! She is a bulldog and an angel wrapped up in one attorney!

Andrew Enright Buckle in…just came across some paperwork and it totally reminded me I never left these absolute criminals a review about my custody case! Back in 2017 my mom and I hired these people to fight a custody hearing. My daughter was up in Wisconsin with her grandparents (on vacation because they never got to see her and NOT a legal resident yet) during that period the mother of my child and I split up, she ran back to Wisconsin and immediately had me served with custody papers. I had just started a new job to support my family so there were no sick days or days I could call off on such short notice. Upon hiring these people we were nickel and dimed for everything and was told by the lawyer “we will file a motion to vacate as your daughter is not a legal resident of Wisconsin, you don’t have to goto the court date (6 and a half hours away) her case will come unraveled and she will be ordered to bring your daughter back to Illinois then you can file here” I asked many many times “are you sure I don’t have to go?” I was reassured that my presence was 100% NOT required. Now, I’ll give them this, they were correct I was not required to appear because my daughter wasn’t a legal resident of Wisconsin. HOWEVER, That was only true had they filed the motion to vacate in time to have the mother of my child served and to make the judge aware that the child was not a legal resident and had no jurisdiction in the matter. TELL ME WHY she was NEVER served and my mother and I had to call the sheriffs department up there to inform them of what courtroom she was in attempting to have her served before the judgment was entered! Even then they got there too late, the judgement for full custody had been entered. It doesn’t stop there, they were hired to perform a service which they undoubtedly failed to do so. Upon taking natters into my OWN hands and now having to hire a lawyer in Wisconsin these people would not offer ANY of the retainer back to assist in additional legal costs. It has ruined my life, my daughter’s life and if you value your family. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT LET THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE REPRESENT YOUR INTERESTS! This was a classical case of laziness and gross negligence and honestly I think I’m going to start looking into legal action against this firm now that I’m on my own two feet again. Either to recoup a portion of this cost and/or file a complaint with the bar just to make it known! Imagine paying someone THOUSANDS of dollars and putting your trust in them to do their job and fight for you and they just lay down and essentially do nothing. The outcome of this tragedy of a case? The mother of my child went almost two years without allowing me visitations or even the ability to speak with my daughter. To Davi law: I never got the chance to express to you how horribly disappointed I am in your service. Stick to criminal law because you clearly don’t have the know how or compassion to handle ANYTHING to do with families.

Christopher Arnold Where is the 6th star??? I feel like 5 stars just doesnt cut it or isnt a true reflection of how happy i am in choosing her or what she did for me... Jennifer was exactly the lawyer I needed for my case. From start to finish her office walked me through everything I needed to know. She was there for me in times of turmoil and treated me like I needed to be treated. She was aggressive in court which is why I hired her. Her background in trials is what helped me immensely. It was a rough battle every step of the way and Jennifer was always right there with advice and more importantly a sympathetic heart in helping me go down this arduous road. I cant be happier with the outcome. The office was great in communicating along this journey. I was never left in the dark. Calls were answered. Documents sent in a timely manner. Again I cant be happier with the outcome or her performance through out the process. Are you about to be in a war with your soon to be ex? Do you think its gonna be rough? Do you need someone in your corner to fight for you.... then Jennifer is the lawyer you need...hands down!
