Farmers Insurance - Joshua Matheny - Morris

Patrick OConnell Josh has been my go to guy for insurance going on 4 years now. Not only has he helped me with insurance but also got me an AMAZING deal on an auto loan. You can tell right away Josh is a good guy and does honest business. No high pressure sales here, he gets you what you are looking for at a great price. Thanks Josh !

Midland States Bank - Dixon

Devin They dont protect well against fraud. A hacker impersonated a friend around 6 months ago. I contacted Midland that day to stop the transaction and was given the run around. I called customer care several times in the following days, weeks, and months. They kept telling me they would call back. When they did, they still didnt credit back the fraudulent transaction. Now they are saying they cant help because it was over 60 days ago. Thats not my fault! Ive been trying to get help since day 1. Not a good bank.

Heights Finance - Quincy

ashley perry I walked into the office to pay my loan payment and Stacy unexpectedly offered me to refinance. This was such a relief as I was unable to get my daughter a birthday present and wanted to take her to the carnival tonight. I recommend them to anyone needing a loan.

Nelson Financial Services - Freeport

Loni Williams Poor business practices. Gives generic leads with recommended guidelines for leads, but when setting appointments does not consider all possible scheduled leads. They do not allow follow ups for cancellations due to health issues. They think its a waste of company time. If an appointment is scheduled customers deserve a call for cancellation. Money driven to take advantage of public instead of helping those in need. Uses health insurance as a way to access and get information of alternate savings for other ulterior motives.
