I worked directly with Caitlin to get quotes and Diane took my payment and emailed all the final documents to me. Everything from start to finish was accomplished over the phone and online. They were both very friendly and provided exceptional customer service, plus I saved about $30/month over GEICO. From my experience so far, I would highly recommend them.
