John Paul Marks Aaron is great he helped my sister Lidia get out of her lease when others told us it couldn’t be done but Aaron proved them wrong and found a flaw in her lease that allowed us to terminate it. He is fast and extremely responsive. One thing I really liked about Aaron he is a straightforward guy he gets to the point and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. Aaron will do everything in his power to actually help you when other lawyers would probably take weeks to act on your behalf Aaron will do it in days he is very efficient. Herbert Coats Dustin went above and beyond to assist my neighbors and I with a unique property boundary issue that was the result of our property descriptions being incorrectly recorded decades ago. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to fully understand the issue and the proper means to resolve it. He quoted a fair price and even though his services took him longer than he anticipated he still honored his price. Sharon Mott Yesterday I closed on a home and it was only because of Ryan at Merit Law. For closing, my mortgage lender was very last minute and non-responsive. My realtor did the bare minimum once I was under contract and was dismissive of several of my concerns. So Ryan (and Raquel as backup at closing) continuously went above and beyond filling in where others left gaps. He always listened, understood my concerns and helped me work through them.
