1 /5 Dwindle Arcs: Completely corrupt, had complete and undeniable evidence that I was innocent and not even in the area but still found guilty and charged, and spent 2 years on probation for something I wasnt even in state for

1 /5 Dawn Roberson: I dont even know where to begin...my son got a ticket for no insurance, even though he had insurance. The officer told him he could just call in and provide insurance info so that he wouldnt have to appear at court date since he doesnt live in-state. He called the office and was told he would have to appear in person, regardless. So I called the office to get more information as to why he needs to appear from out-of-state for insurance when that can be easily provided over the phone. Person in the office hung up on me (female whos name starts with an N). After speaking to office of Illinois Attorney General and an Illinois State Prosecutor, I was told by both offices that the information the officer gave my son was indeed correct and that he should have been able to provide that information over the phone, but that there is no oversight of this office so his best option was to appear with insurance card. My son had to drive 3 hours for something that took literally 30 seconds. If this isnt the definition of corruption and inefficiency, I dont know what is. Is it any wonder that the State of Illinois is ranked as the worst and most corrupt state in the US? Lets do better Lasalle County States Attorneys office. Complete disgrace to the state of Illinois.

1 /5 J J: This office is as corrupt as they come!! The people who work here are disrespectful, unreliable, and untrustworthy. The people in this office cater to the criminals, treat them with respect, and even call them back. The witnesses/victims on the other hand are first victimized by their situation and then further victimized by the States Attorney offices negligence and carelessness. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!! Everyone in this office needs to be fired or someone PLEASE force them to do empathy training and customer service training because it doesnt exist in this office.

1 /5 Roshawn Sibley: My husband in jail and I told the state attorney on the case about his mental health issues and she laughed about in the court room thinking I was joking. My husband had mental health issues since 3 that’s nothing to joke about. Mental health issues is never a joke the state attorneys office is the joke and should be closed down.

1 /5 Ryan Burd: States attorney wont press charges on a convicted felon that broke an order of protection and abused his wife at the same time even with two witnesses stating that he was the and abused his wife. So he is getting away with domestic battery and breaking an order of protection. I thought laws were supposed to protect people but states attorney must not care......
