He will definitely make sure you are represented at the highest level. I contacted O’Flaherty and was called back right away. I told my predicament, payed a retainer, and was contacted by a senior attorney. I was given great advice and support, and a very clear estimate of what costs could amount to. My problem was solved pretty simply , and I was immediately given back most of my retainer, only being charged for the time when they spoke to me. Very fair pricing, and above all prompt response and plan in place . If I need to, I’d definitely use them again

2 /5 Solomon Balraj: I would like to share my experience for the benefit of both the firm and future clients. The intake process was a very challenging. I needed to call back to provide my correct contact information, and it was sometimes difficult to hear, so if they repeating details may have been helpful as typos could be avoided. I completed all requested information over the weekend. However, when my scheduled call with the attorney came, I did not receive the call at the expected time. I waited over 1/2 hour. I was later informed that the attorney had attempted to call about 1.5 hours afterward, but by then I was at work and unavailable. The response from office would have helped with an apology and they would call me since of getting a very vague email that nothing was their fault The attorney assigned to me appears highly qualified based on the firm’s website and bio. At the same time, I noticed the specific area I was seeking support in was not clearly listed on the website as a focus of his practice or experience. I learned after my 3rd call that the free intake session is limited 15 minutes, which provides only limited opportunity to ask questions or understand the attorney’s background in detail. It can make it difficult to fully evaluate whether the attorney is the right fit for representation. I attempted to find a way to share this feedback directly with the owner but was unable to locate contact information. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended—as constructive information that may help improve the client experience going forward.
